Talking about mental health in entrepreneurship has long been stigmatized.

It is common for the public to portray entrepreneurs as unbreakable heroes, but this vision does not match the reality for 99% of entrepreneurs.

We are all human, and most of us struggle to manage our lives in some way.

When work is factored in, things can compound and generate uneasiness.

Managing uncertainty, people, money (hopefully), and expectations from different stakeholders (including family) makes being an entrepreneur a challenging task.

The aim of this section are multiple:

  1. To Cope, by sharing stories about how entrepreneurs from around the world handled mental health issues;
  2. To Beware, suggesting you what to look for while forming relationship with investors, since they can deeply incluence your state of uneasiness if not well assorted to “manage” also this aspect of entrepreneurship
  3. To Thrive, providing you tools to avoid creating situations that can create uneasiness among team, through the creation of an environment of psicological safety;
